Members receive two newsletters each year, with information about forestlands, forest landowners and industries, and upcoming forestry-related events in our area.

We conduct at least two field days each year, to explore various forestry and environmental management practices in the field, as well as what happens after trees are harvested for consumer products.

We also cover a wide variety of forest-related subjects, ranging from oak regeneration and pine management to regulations for stream crossings, hunting, and invasive non-native plant identification and control.
Finally, we hold an annual membership dinner, featuring informative and interesting speakers, and a short business meeting.
